Our goal is to impact students’ academic performance in a way that leads to higher grades and better test scores. Our TAs coordinate closely with school teachers in order to address specific student shortcomings and pain points, enabling students to achieve better results.

Yes, we believe even the best students can benefit from this service. Close coordination with the school results in a very targeted, focused approach that addresses specific class challenges. Even the best students can benefit from deeper understanding and everyone has some knowledge gaps that can be addressed with proper attention. Since the students are not required to attend every session they can only attend during times when they feel they can use an extra explanation.

We tailor our tutoring offer to a school’s particular needs and thus have the flexibility to offer topics that are most relevant for a particular school curriculum.  Our primary focus is on STEM based courses.

We carefully screen out TAs to make sure they possess engaging personalities, know the topics well and have the necessary background to succeed in this type of virtual setting. We also do background checks to make sure our TAs our quality individuals as well as quality instructors. We believe in continuous improvement and continually solicit feedback from students, parents and school administrators.

Safety is one of our key concerns and we take numerous steps to protect students. We run background checks on our TAs and carefully select them. We randomly monitor the sessions to make sure sessions are being taught in a professional manner with utmost integrity.

Our weekly sessions are highly interactive in nature. Students take turns asking their specific questions on topics that were covered at school that particular week. Maximum effort is made to allow all participants to bring up their key questions and to make sure that everyone’s concerns are addressed. Depending on the number of questions during a particular session, students may ask multiple questions or spend more time on a particular topic. Sessions are dynamic in nature and TAs make every effort to ensure everyone gets to participate and key challenges as communicated by school teachers are addressed.

Yes, we plan to limit each session to less than 20 attendees in order to ensure that everyone gets proper attention and there is enough time to ask all relevant questions. As the discussion is focused on the current week class material, many of the students will have similar questions.
