Terms & Conditions

Usage:

- Attendance at our tutoring sessions is completely voluntary but we encourage students to attend as many sessions as they can in order to get the most out of their classwork, deepen their level of subject matter understanding and relieve the stress of a rigorous high school curriculum.
- Students may join at any time during the session but we encourage on time attendance to derive the most benefit from the live session and to maximize the time available to ask questions.
- Sessions will end promptly at their designated end times.
- Students are expected to follow basic tenets of proper classroom behavior when addressing the Teaching Assistants.
- Students are encouraged to follow the discussion closely, and stay on topic both in their comments and questions.
- When speaking on a microphone students should minimize any background noise or disturbances which could affect TA's ability to hear the question and slow down the session.
- At the end of each session, students are encouraged to provide immediate feedback when prompted in order to maintain high quality of the TA sessions.
- Unless otherwise specified, all sessions are taught in English and students are expected to communicate in English when asking questions or making comments
- Subscription entitles students to attend all  sessions taught during the particular time period.  No refunds will  be given for early termination as students are highly encouraged to remain in the program for the duration of the subscribed term.
- Payment terms will  not be prorated
- Students are encouraged to attend each session with prepared questions for the TA in order to get maximum benefit from each session
- Students are expected to only bring up questions relevant to the subject being covered.

Conditions:

- Profanity will not be tolerated at any time.  Any abuse will cause the student to be removed from the current session.
- Students and/or Parents may not contact the Teaching Assistants without the express approval of MySchoolTA
- You agree to allow MySchoolTA to record the teaching sessions for later playback or marketing use.
- No warranty is expressed or implied.
- Students may not share their session access codes with any other individuals.


Violating any of the above conditions will lead to immediate termination from the sessions and forfeiture of payment.
